BULGOGI

Ingredients for 4 people

1 onion

1 carrot

3 garlic sprouts

500 grams of veal

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

2 tablespoons Korean soy sauce

1 tablespoon of sesame oil (for the marinade)

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Freshly ground black pepper

1 grated nashi pear

4 garlic cloves, minced

Do not put the meat all at once to be done because then it will not look good, it is better to do it in batches to see that it really is all just right. Sauté everything for 5 minutes and see reserving each batch in a source where you will present this dish. At the end, when you've finished everything, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the meat and marinade.
