PERFUME ANOINTING OIL
Carry this fresh, foresty-balsamic perfume
with you during stressful travel, shopping
or social situations. Evoking images of
mountainside fir forests and holiday
festivities, balsam fir essential oil
opens breathing, invigorates
and lifts the spirit.
1 ounce grapeseed oil
5 drops balsam fir needle essential oil
4 drops frankincense essential oil
3 drops myrrh essential oil
1 Place grapeseed oil in a small
bottle with tight fitting lid.
2 Add essential oils.
3 Gently shake bottle until well-mixed.
4 To use: Dab a drop or two onto
wrists and massage into temples,
inhale the aroma and chant a
mantra of mindfulness.
