TEN GLU EATS NUT FISH WITH ORANGE AND BEETROOT SALSA By Emily from EmilyEhlers.com | Serves 2 milk, for dipping (omit if dairy free) 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder (or corn flour/gluten free flour) seasoning of your choice coconut oil, for frying 1    Pour milk into bowl and a few spoons of arrowroot onto a plate with seasoning of your choice. 2    Dunk the fillets into the milk and then each side into the flour until it is lightly coated (can use your choice of milk or remove altogether if dairy free - the arrowroot and seasoning will stick to the fish without it). 3    Fry fillets in medium to hot pan until golden. BEETROOT SALSA 1 cup beetroot, cooked and diced 2 spring onions, finely sliced 1 - 2 chillis, deseeded & chopped ½ orange, chopped small 4    As the fish cooks, combine all salsa ingredients into a bowl and mix well. 5    Once fish is cooked place on plate and top generously with the salsa. 6    You can serve this on its own or with salad or steamed vegetables.
