TORTILLA BOWLS

WHAT YOU NEED:
FILLING SUGGESTIONS:
6 oven safe bowls
Grated or sliced carrot
Cooking spray
Cabbage
6 burrito sized flour tortillas
Beans or edamame
Potatoes
1 Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
Sweet potato
2 Coat the inside of oven safe
Rocket or arugula
bowls with cooking spray.
Gently press tortilla inside bowl.
3 Place bowls on two large baking sheets. Bake for 14-16 minutes
or until evenly browned. Let tortillas cool in bowls for 5 minutes
before transferring to wire cooling rack.
Serve with cashew mayo from
the July issue, cashew cheese
from page 30, homemade
tomato or sweet chili sauce
from the December issue or
any of your favorite sauces and
dressings. Kids love dipping!
