NUT GOODNESS FREE BOSC PEAR BREAD By Cortney from The Daily Pea 3 organic bosc pears (peeled, cored and mashed) ¼ cup raw honey 1 pastured egg (lightly beaten) ¼ cup organic yogurt 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract 1 ½ cups organic whole wheat flour (or flour of choice if gluten free) ½ cup organic coconut sugar 1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon organic ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon baking soda ⅛ teaspoon baking powder 1    Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C 2    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 3    Combine dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. 4    Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 5    Pour batter into an prepared 5” x 9” loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. 6    Let the bread cool in the pan until bottom is cool to the touch, then carefully remove. bread made with Yup that's right!
