Ingredients

3/4 cup egg whites

1 cup chopped broccoli

1 cup fresh spinach

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients except cheese in pan and scramble until eggs are fully cooked.

Pour cheese on and let melt.

Enjoy!!
