Succulents:
The New Trend
You know what can grow anywhere? Succulents. They prosper with little care and grow in little amounts of soil and a lot of sunshine. Also, the plants need little moisture.
Succulents have vivid colors and eye-catching leafage, and easiness of growing the plant has helped in the restorartion of their popularity. Welcome the plants in all the pots on your deck, the nooks and crannies of your garden, and even indoors; on your windowsills and in your home office.
Succulents are a joy to grow, and with a so many types, there is a little plant for everyone. Your local plant nursery is a good starting point. Select the sizes, types, and colors that suit you and ask how the plants grow, do they get any bigger, and do they like to creep along your garden grounds?
Put your attention to the soft/smooth leafed plants for your home or garden such as, Echeveria, Aeonium, Crassula, Sempervivum, Sedum, Agave, and Cotyledons. Place them into artistic formations: planting many of the same mixtures will create an ocean of color like a painting, and it will be more aesthetically pleasing. Focus on more tranquil colors, not mixing and clashing ones, and you will create a garden/ collection of charming and delightful succulents.
