Step 1: Fill the bottom of a blender with almond milk. 

Step 2: Grab your choice of assorted fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, or fresh greens. 

Step 3: Add any additional protein mix you are using. (this step is only for those who are on a dietary powder) 

Step 4: Add some ice, then, blend together on high speed until all is incorporated.
