This getting old thing is for the birds. In the last two years, Chris and I have experienced more joint and muscle injuries and discomfort than ever before. We try and avoid medications and use natural solutions when possible. So we have been heavily using so many of the oils and supplemnts listed on this page, and I wanted to share what we are using and our protocols.
