#3 - Understand & Download the Schedule

Now that you know which exercise habit step you will be working on, and if you are an exerciser WITH or WITHOUT limitations, it's time to understand the workout schedules based on each habit step.

Each habit step has its own recommended schedule. To make things easy, we have created sample schedules for each of the steps. These are just suggestioned schedules, not the law. Make your own schedule that works for you! There's even a blank schedule if you want to make your own.

TO DO:

a) Click the WITH Limitations or WITHOUT Limitations link to download the pdf that includes ALL habit step schedules.

b) Locate the 8 week schedule with your habit step (example: Step 3)

c) Print just that one page with your habit step schedule.

#4 - Watch the Workout Demo Videos

Look at the 8 week schedule. What exercise videos (alpha, gamma and/or delta) will you be working out to your first week?

Each of the exercise videos includes demonstration videos in which Chris shows you every exercise so that you are familiar with each exercise before starting the workout. He also demonstrates equipment needs and options.

Go to the Exercise Video page in the Academy and locate and watch the exercise videos and related demo videos.
