Why Drink Water?
Virtually every job the body performs requires water. The body, which is 75% water, uses approximately 10- 12 cups of water a day, through such functions as breathing, digesting, eliminating, sweating and removing toxins. If we don't replenish them daily, our bodies will become dehydrated and our necessary, daily bodily functions will be greatly compromised.
