The Eating success path

So how do we go from a Standard American Diet - eating processed, low-nutrient foods, to eating God's glorious, whole foods 80-90% of the time? We baby step our way there!

The food success path does not have to be followed in the exact order presented, however I have found that these outlined steps help achieve Step 5 success the quickest.

Take note of the BONUS habits. I find that if you are struggling with being consistent with your eat habit, that meal planning can be a critical step to add in. It especially becomes important before or during your work on Dinner in Step 4. I believe everyone should take key key vitamins, minerals, omega 3s, probiotics and vitamin D3. More info found on page 18.

Determine which habit you will work on this month. Practice the same habit for 30 days.
