STEP #5 - THE GOAL
You eat God's glorious, nutrient-dense, whole foods 80 - 90% of the time: a nourishing breakfast, satisfying lunch, and wholesome dinner. You enjoy healthy snacks and desserts when desired. All harmful foods are gone. Menu planning, shopping, and sticking to the plan are an easy routine in your life.
If you have succeeded with eating Glorious Foods 80-90% for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinners, it is time for step 5! In this stage you can refine and continue to upgrade. If you haven't worked on one of the bonus habits yet, this would be a great time to do that. You can work to add in some superfoods.
BONUS HABIT: Menu Plan
Weekly: menu plan, make a grocery list, and grocery shop.
Daily: check and follow plan.

BONUS HABIT: Take Vitamins & Supplements
Work towards adding in supplements daily.
SUPPLEMENTS: The foundation of my vitamin and supplement regimen includes: Multi-Vitamin, Omega 3, D3, Probiotic.
