Dear God, I appreciate the flavors and variety of food that you have given to bless and sustain me. I confess that at times, I have given food too much thought and have used it for emotional reasons. I surrender my eating to you, Lord. Please help me live aligned with your good pleasure in all areas of my life, including food. I want even my eating to bring you glory and me good. Amen.
