The ultimate goal of our rest-based living habit is to enjoy 90 minutes of rest-based activities daily. If you don't currently engage in any restful activities, how do you possibly get to 90 minutes a day? We baby step our way there!
It might seem impossible to carve out 90 minutes to simply rest and enjoy life. This is why breaking down the goal into realistic steps is so vital. It's the only way to successfully reach our goal. We have taken the ultimate goal of 90 minutes/day and broken it down into baby steps. The very first step on the path is a simple 2 minute habit of deep breathing. Anyone can do this!
