With the Rest Habit Steps 2, 3, 4, 5 you will be enjoying one or more rest-based activities. The length of time and how many activities you do is dependent on which step you select.
If you are on step 2 or 3, I recommend just one focused rest-based activity time per day.
If you are on step 4 or 5, you can start to break up your time during the day and engage in more than one type of activity. For instance, you may enjoy a cup of tea and reading a book for 30 minutes after lunch and then take a 30 minute bath in the evening.
When developing the habit of rest-based activity, try and do the same rest activity every day. While you could vary your activities during the week (paint on Mondays, lunch with a friend on Tuesdays, bubble bath on Wednesdays, etc), this may be a little bit of a harder habit to implement when there are variations to the habit. Do not over complicate it. You can get more creative and varied over time.
Now it is time to select your rest-based activity(s)...
the ultimate goal of the rest habit:
Enjoy 90 minutes of rest-based activities daily.
Bonus: Take a weekly sabbath
