Fit exercise in your routine to be fit

The thing is, unless you work, nothing will work and what you work for is in your hands.

Leave aside all the steroids filled pictures on Instagram and the seemingly fit people which you come across on television and film. The question you should be asking to yourself is that, am I happy with the way I look, if not then change it. Another question is am I satisfied with how fit I am, if not then change it. The bottom line being, if you can dream it, you can achieve it, just it would take some grinding and sweat and blood, but would be worth it.

One important thing- fitness is not associated with how you look, it is more about how you feel. Feeling fit is a good feeling, though it only comes if you are fit.

Starting out make an iron hard decision that you won’t quit once you start exercising.

You don’t need to be a high-performance athlete or used to working out for hours to start exercising today.

Overall, it’s important to start slowly and increase the intensity as you build your fitness level up. Lastly, even though a daily amount of physical activity is needed for good health, allowing your body to rest is important too.

Not letting your body recover from the stress of exercise increases the risk of injuries.
