Editor, Health&Wellness Magazine
Dear Friends,
The body is absolutely amazing,
isn’t it? It is awesome to think about
the myriad systems in our bodies
and how they work so well together
(most of the time) to keep us healthy
and moving. In this issue of Health
and Wellness magazine, you’ll learn
about some of those parts of our
body that regulate our bodies and
work to keep all the parts and pieces
in sync. The pituitary gland is small
but mighty and it has a big task
of making sure our hormones are
adequately distributed. Learn about
the thyroid and why it is vital to our
health. For our male readers who
might be thinking about testosterone
replacement therapy, be sure to
read Dr. Keith Applegate’s article so
you can learn what it really entails.
Another article talks about how
stress can disrupt our lives. Stress is
inevitable, as we know, so we all need
to find ways to help us relax and destress. For some it’s exercising. For
some it’s meditating. For others, it’s
kicking back and reading something
enjoyable and enlightening …
something like Health and Wellness
magazine. Thanks for reading!
