Self-Management Program
Chronic Disease Self-Management
Program is an effective and free workshop
for people with chronic health problems
and care-takers. The program teaches
skills for managing a variety of chronic
diseases. Session topics include
techniques to exercise, use of medication,
communication with family and healthcare
professionals, nutrition, and stress
management. The program meets once
a week for two and a half hours over six
weeks at Baptist Health Lexington Green

This weekly restorative class integrates
gentle yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and wellness tips for all ages and
levels of physical condition. 10:30am–
11:30am. Donation only (great portion of
all donations go to the Backpack Food
