Hello! My name is Feray AKGÜN. Posture is one of the important factors affecting the physical and mental
state of the person throughout our life. Posture is influenced by various factors. Familial factors, structural
disorders and habits are the determinants of posture. When we look at the side in a normal posture, there is
a slight hump (kyphosis) on our back and a slight hollow (lordosis) in our waist. Increasing or decreasing
these curvatures can lead to posture and pain.
