Grow plants to create a little vegetable patch; choose some vegetables and plants, you can read about the properties that some natural and delicious vegetables have in a section of this magazine. This is an activity where you have to learn to wait while you care your plants, watering them, fertilizing them… It is gratifying due to you see all the stages of your plant growth, until you can eat them. Moreover you know the origin of the vegetables, legumes, fruits... that you eat, so everything is healthier.

Now I will suggest you one mind relax exercise that you can do; find a calm place in the middle of nature where you can stay alone, sit down on the grass, in a stone… close your eyes and while you listen to nature sounds such as birds, wind, leaves, waterfall… try to think about things that you like and dislike of your daily life and how you can change or improve on your issues.

Lastly, let your imagination fly and encourage your creativity; nature offers you a lot of moments of inspirations, you can analyze the landscape and draw or paint beauty things that you

value, such as strange bugs or animals, amazing plants flowers… If you like music you can create rhythms and songs listen to the silence.
