Today in my section I am going to talk about sport in a healthy life, sport is necessary for different factors of daily life, not only speaks of a healthy body, but also we speak of the saying "healthy body, healthy mind" and everything This is thanks to sports, such as yoga, football, basketball, volleyball or Tai Chi among many.

Physical exercise improves mental function, autonomy, memory, speed, "body image" and sense of well-being, there is stability in the personality characterized by optimism, euphoria and mental flexibility. Physical activity programs should provide relaxation, endurance, muscle strength and flexibility. In the interaction of the body with space and time through movement, numerous learning of the human being is built.
