With regards to employee-related issues , many leaders reported concerns about attracting new employees and retaining current ones . They also indicated a change in perspective about allowing employees to work from home .
• I am more open to allowing employees to work 7.58 from home .
• We will lose caregivers in the future due to 6.28 pandemic trauma .
• The pandemic will make it harder to attract 5.50 doctors and nurses .
The results show that leaders have learned a few things about their organization during this pandemic experience . Over half agree that they are ready to handle future disasters , but most mentioned a need to reconfigure their organization to allow for surge capacity .
