Among the items that received lowest ratings , most have been on the industry ’ s radar for more than a decade . Items such as burnout , turnover , affordability of care , and retirement rates have been long-studied and discussed for years . The impact of climate change is a newer topic in healthcare , but certainly a high priority for the coming decade . Moving forward , significant action will need to be taken in all of these areas .
