Do you have some extra time in your schedule? We would LOVE to have you join our
wonderful team of volunteers! There are a number of opportunities available. We
always need volunteers to help in the shelter, whether it is cleaning, answering the
phone, doing laundry, walking dogs or helping with administrative tasks. We also have
volunteer opportunities available which support our many off site events and major

Rev your engines! The 14th Annual Ride for the Animals is scheduled September 12,
2015. This is a great event and thank you to Kathy Maupin for coordinating this
program. Registration will be at The Harley Davidson Shop in North Myrtle Beach
beginning at 10am on the 12th. Pre-Registration forms will be posted on The Humane
Society of North Myrtle Beach's website in July and available at the shelter located at
409 Bay Street in North Myrtle Beach.
SAVE THE DATE! The 4th Annual Doggies and Divas Fashion Show is scheduled for
October 1st and this year we are pleased to announce that the event will be at The Surf
Club in North Myrtle Beach. Thanks so much to Sandi Chapman and Elegantz for
partnering with The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach to produce this fun
evening!
