At a young age, physical education was usually the students' least favorite because of the amount of movement they do. Personally, I am not thrilled with the idea of sweat running down my forehead and the actual running was not something I liked, either. Being an injured person, it is hard for me to do normal exercises, which everyone else does. But now, I've decided to change my daily routine and add in a few stretching, until I can finally adjust to having a bit more helpful exercises, which help the body to be healthier and for my weight to be the ideal one, which ensures happiness and wellness.
