Quality of Physical Education affects the academic learning and learning patterns of students, in a good way.

Physical activity promotes having a balanced life, between academics and extracurricular commitments. It relieves the person from stress, which I think most students need, and it also helps in keeping a person fit, or making them fit. If only most students saw its value, maybe then, they would be able to know the true essence of being "smart", which does not only include books and handouts.
