Advanced Weight Training
Course Description:
To take this course, students must have finished a general weight
training class. Advanced concepts and techniques will be introduced.
Complex Olympic and power lifts will be presented. Students will be
required to execute with precision these advanced techniques and will be
filmed and evaluated. Highly motivated student/athletes are encouraged
to enroll.
