Do not skip breakfast! If you skip breakfast then you will eat more in your next meal causing you to not burn away what you had eaten. Also your body does not expect when you will eat so it will hold onto all of the nutrients.
Pros in Protein! In order for you to grow you need to consume 45-60 grams of protein per day. This should not be hard for you since many teens enjoy eating their meats and proteins. Some of these proteins would include meat, fish and dairy.
Eat a variety of vitamins! Although this may not be a popular choice to people your age, it is a necessary part in our daily meal. On a daily basis we should take in four servings of vegetables per day, which contain a variety of minerals and vitamins. Some vegetables and fruits you should focus on would include tomatoes, onions, broccoli, blueberries, and oranges; these would contain Vitamin A and some Vitamin C.
Keep drinking water! As you know our bodies consist of 60-70% of water. We need to keep ourselves hydrated so that you body can continue to function. On a daily basis we should consume about 9-12 cups a day just to keep you hydrated.
