The School has an appointed Research Lead, and our researchers link in to various Research Institutes and Schools across the University, reflecting their particular research interests, activities and specialist areas. A major strength of the School is its established close collaborations and partnership working with NHS hospital and community trusts and third sector organisations. This engenders excellent support for research grants and fellowship applications in hospital and community settings, for example in cardiology; pain and symptom management.
