Tips to ensure a good night's sleep
The importance of sleep to ensure our health and well-being is a scientifically proven fact. Experts recommend a series of habits to ensure a good rest:
Carry a regular schedule and always go to bed at the same time. Sleep no more and no less than the usual hours, between seven and nine.
Do something relaxing just before going to sleep, for example read for ten minutes.
Use the bed for relaxation and rest. Not be, for example, the computer to finish some pending task just before going to sleep.
Not make meals before you go to bed.
