Surrogate Healing-“Healing Remotely”
“We must never attempt or go ahead with a “Surrogate Healing
Session” if the person for whom the session is intended is not
aware about it or has not consented for it, simply because
someone in family or friends wants it so.”
An year or so ago, I had written about Surrogate Healing, but decided to
share about it once more, as recently had a chance to do an interesting
'Surrogate Healing Session ( SHS)' using client's close family member as a
‘Surrogate'.
Before we go out to know more about the session, let's take a look at what '
Surrogate Healing' is and how it works to help & heal an individual, who is
physically not present for the session.
As we all know about the concept of 'Universal Consciousness', we
understand that every individual's awareness is 'Connected' to this ' Ocean
of Universal Consciousness', whereby tapping into one's Consciousness,
we can reach out to another. So from the perspective of Hypnotherapy, we
can tap into the Consciousness of a willing & ' Connected' individual to
'Reach-out' to the Consciousness of a client who may not be able to be
physically present for the session in person
In principal anyone can be used as a surrogate to reach-out anyone we
intend to engage with for the purpose of healing or resolving an issue, but
ideally it best to have someone who is mentally & emotionally close &
connected with the client, to be the 'Surrogate' on behalf of the client.
Surrogate Healing thus becomes an amazing modality of Hypnotherapy for
working with children or clients who due to resons like old age, medical
