देिहनोऽिस्मन्यथा देहे कौमारं यौवनं जरा ।
तथा देहान्तरप्रािप्तधीर्रस्तत्र न मुह्यित "
As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from
boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into
another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by
such a change.II 1: 13"

In 2020
“Heal thyself to heal the world
Grow thyself to grow every turf
Love yourself to find love
world is you and you are the world”
Life begins with you or as I should say ‘I’
So do not dissolve it, do not eliminate it…..
Make it pronounced expand it by brining others in your ‘I’ (No that does not
mean to dominate - that means to accept that person as it is, as you accept
yourself.)
e.g. …Well “I am” and, when the love of my life my partner becomes the part
of my “I” . I expand, now! I have some different choices, which combine his
too, and value his individuality with the ferocity of my own ‘I’. ‘Cause’, he is
now in my ‘I’.
But before all of it Love yourself…
We have learned how it manifests when we do not love ourselves let me talk
here how it turns out when we start loving ourselves…
We think the reason for our unhappiness is “out there,” and we go around
searching for someone, or something, to solve it for us.
We do whatever we can to avoid looking inward, because looking inward
feels scary. It means acknowledging our sadness, remembering past hurts,
