1. PRANA : Referred as ‘Pran Vayu’ is the
fundamental energy of body and moves in
the upper part of our body from the crown
of our head to the torso region.
It represent and facilitate intake and
optimises the wellness and functions of the
head lungs and the heart reasons.
Imbalance in Pran Vayu is manifested as
anxiety, sleeplessness, heart palpitations
and breathing issues.
Key to optimise it, is deep inhalation and ‘intake of visuals, sounds, sense
that nourish our mind, body and soul.
2.APAN: Referred as ‘Apan Vayu’ it moves in the
lower region in our body and optimises
‘Elimination’. It facilitates and regulates the two
key body functions located in the lower abdomen
namely ‘Excretion’ and ‘Reproduction’.
Imbalances in ‘APAN Vayu' manifests in form of
constipation/ ‘Diarrhoea’, ‘Sexual and Menstrual’
issues etc… .
Key to optimise the Apan Vayu is ‘aware exhalation’ where we hold the
breath for a while and slowly exhale, being fully aware of the exhalation
along with having a natural organic and healthy diet.
3. SAMAN : Referred as ‘Saman Vayu’ it
moves in the abdominal region around the
‘Pranic Centre’ that is the navel. And is
associated with the function of ‘Processing’.
The processing here referred to not just to
the process of digestion of food we intake,
but also the thoughts and all other inputs
that we gather through our five senses.
