SELF HEALING
Self-healing is very important aspect of our daily life, as almost
everyday we get emotionally hurt from somebody or something
or in many people’s life its nothingness of their daily routine
that leads them to depression.
These issues are usually not worth our attention and energy, like
in traffic somebody said something nasty to us and many such
incidences from home to office, now if we’ll keep on pondering
on such things we’ll be miserable. For every small little things
people don’t usually go to therapists / counsellors, so what is
the solution for such seemingly small yet gradually becoming big
issues in one’s life … Well! ‘Self-healing’.
In Hypnotherapy we use self-hypnosis, for this there are certain
procedures and rules that one must follow, we can’t do this just
like that, however there are easier and more popular methods
that anyone can use and get healed and we are going to discuss
those methods here.
We need to understand how healing happen in this case, first
anything that can make us stay in present moment is
therapeutic because then our focus is not on something that is
bothering us instead we are focused on activity that we are
doing, and prominence of this activity fades those bad and
useless memory. Second, these activities balance our energy and
that keeps our mind calm, so we can focus on more important
things. Now what are these activities … well nothing special
