Then there were visions in dreams, overall it all started happening
simultaneously, On one hand I was building business as a Venture
Capitalist and other side this was going on. By 2010, there was emotional
break down. Dr. Chaudhary was my then Hypnotherapist (I have been to
many healers) I went to him. And then there was this 23 days Silent retreat
in at Zmeditation. In silence multiple things got clear in my head. I too a
decision to stabilise my companies and retreat into a more silent and
simpler life, from 2014 onwards, I have been on a Journey of Healing and
Simplicity.
Wow! Wonderful and Complex both at the same time but then no body
comes to healing, just like that.
2. How you became a Hypnotherapist?
Going through my own experiences. In order to heal self I have learned this
medium. However, I do not see myself as hypnotherapist. I use it as one of
the tools in my workshops, I have opened a meditation centre in Solan
where people can come and, go through the healing process.
I call process which is known as Hypnosis in west as “Yog Nidra” which
takes a person to the 4th stage of subconscious mind called “Turiya" state
where one can see, meet, access anything one wants. We use it as guided
meditation according to the requirement of Person.
3. What were you doing before hypnotherapy?
C.E.O., Venture Capitalist. its a long list.
