Perhaps the only problem that one can find with PLR is that it is a powerful
tool and one tends to re-live, emote and experience old lives – both good
and bad – while they are being re-lived. For this reason, many people find it
difficult to handle and prefer the other technique of Akashic records
consultation, especially if one wants repeat sessions.
Akashic Records have been mentioned in many religious texts and have
been available to mystics, scholars and saints through the ages. Infinite
power, wisdom and knowledge are available in the Records, and they can
be accessed by those who have the ability through a sacred prayer.
Exploring the Akashic Records can be extremely valuable to an individual.
While a lot depends on the questions one has and what issues face us at
that point in life, but what can be revealed is the essence, potential, and
purposes of our souls. It is possible to become aware of and develop
strategies for healing and change. These strategies can be based on the
energies present that are able to support the fulfilment of any plan for
change. For some, the activity of being in the Record sheds enough light to
enable a release from old ideas and patterns of behaviour.
Both PLR and ARR are very helpful in truly understanding oneself and in
figuring out one’s purpose in life. But it is important to have faith in the
process and the therapist, especially in PLR, and furthermore patience. If
one does not let go of control, is sceptical or suspicious of the therapist, it
will not be possible to ‘go under’. And lastly, one must not look at these
tools to provide solutions to all our problems in life; they are simply tools
which offer some insight into the journey of our souls.
