Friday, 28 December 2018 the fear and started giving energy to the thought that if all that he had achieved was gone, he would be back to square one from where he had started. He started visualising his life as a snake and ladder game and that a snake would bite him at 98 th square position and bring him all the way down to 3 rd square to where he had started the game. He started worrying about this time and again and, very soon he got his pink slip and his fears turned true. The more he thought about his fears coming true, the more he started losing hope and a victim of his own self- sabotage. I took him to his childhood where he had experienced this fear and insecurity and cleansed all the toxic memories and released the negative the emotions. I reframed the fearful insecure thoughts with the suggestion that the present and future is not equal to the past. The past is all over and he has learned the valuable lesson that with hard work and determination and self-belief he could go up the ladder and conquer the world in the past and with his excellent academic qualifications and impeccable career experience he can always get a job that he truly deserves. I reprogrammed his mind to accept that the worst was over and his good days are waiting for him. It is only a matter of few days that he would be enjoying all that he had enjoyed in his previous job and much more. I made him visualise as to how he would look, feel and react when that happened. He was made to visualise a happy version of him going on a vacation with his family, like before. Although it was past midnight when I finally got over with his session, he went back home happy and motivated. The very next day morning, I get a call from him around 10 am that he has got an interview call from an organisation where he had applied for the CEO post long time back and had almost forgotten about it. He asked me anxiously if he should do anything differently this time. I asked him to visualise that his interviewers were happy with his responses and offered him a package which was ten times more that his watered-down expectations of today. I asked him not to worry or bother to socialise with others till his interview was over and till then to continue with the visualisations. 20
