There are 3 common challenges I face as a therapist 1) When people come out of the trance and ask if they "imagined" it or "dreamt" the entire session. At times I get frustrated at how frivolously people treat key messages they receive during sessions from their spirit guides and masters and do not act on them thinking they "imagined" it all. 2) When people ask "what if they get stuck in a previous life" during past life regression. i honestly don't know the origin of this myth but its a common fear. 3) Another belief that people carry is that they will "lose control" during a session.
