energy release work that I have done makes me realise that
more often than not external energies are responsible for
behaviour in people and they can be helped by using the right
modalities
2) I now have a firm belief in the fact that we choose our life's
lessons before we are born and all situations in our life are
something that we have chosen ourselves along-with the
people closest to us.
3) I have developed a huge respect for the so called "Dark
energy" in the universe- I understand now that it has a crucial
role to play in life's drama and that it too comes from the lord.
This "knowing" has changed me as an individual and I have
dropped a lot of my earlier beliefs which I see now were
dictated by societal norms and judgements.Another view that
has changed is towards "suffering", "pain" , grief - I actively
search for the lessons behind these experiences and emotions
rather than be engulfed by them. Our culture and even the
movies we have grown up watching seem to celebrate grief
rather than label it as a ‘Tamasic' quality which is what it is.
Very Profound observation indeed !!!
7.What is your most life changing experience during therapy so
far?
I have had many sessions which have changed my life in
multiple ways and I would say that whenever masters like
Mahaavatar Babaji have come in my sessions those have been
memorable.Their guidance and support has given me
confidence and strength to continue on this path. I also
consider my first spirit release session to be impactful. It was
my first time and I battled with fear and uncertainty as the
sweet and gentle client started yelling and cursing at me in a
strange and loud voice. It was a gentleman whose spirit had
attached itself to her to "protect her" when she was undergoing
an traumatic time in her teens. Overcoming my own fear to
help the lost soul was an experience that i will always
remember.
