I guided him to ask this lion if he could replace it with something else.
He said, “The lion tells me that I need not keep it in my life anymore. I
have learnt whatever I needed to learn. I am being asked not to expect
anything from anyone and learn to be independent. My expectations
towards others attract anger in my life. I need to let it go and replace it
with love.
I can help others and myself through love. Love never has any
disadvantages. Every task I can do with anger, I can do it even better
through love. Love can help me bring back whatever I had lost in my
life…except time. But the time I spent with anger has also taught me
valuable lessons. I need not lament for the time I have lost. I can learn
even more valuable lessons through love.”
I asked him to visualize his anger which was in the form of a lion was
leaving his life. I asked him to give love a form and structure and
visualize it sitting on a bench in front of him. He saw that love had taken
the form of a beautiful white flower. I guided him to converse with it and
to visualize that it is gradually entering his life. He saw that love in the
form of this flower had entered his heart, ready to bring new situations
which would help him inculcate healthy behaviours in his life.
