helping create a more stable world by spreading this tool for inner peace where it is needed the most, among the most vulnerable. We founded the Peaceful Heart Network and have worked with it since, reaching over 100.000 people in 20 countries and moving forward.
Through our work with trauma we came across Dr Ronald Ruden who had studied tapping over 16 years and written a great book about the encoding and decoding of traumatic experience( When The Past is Always Present) which we adored. Through a fellow hypnotist, Doug O ' Brien from New York, we were introduced to Dr Ruden and his work with the Havening Techniques, a model derived from his research around tapping and involving a different method of invoking touch based amygdala depotentiation. Dr Ruden kindly invited us to learn his technique and today I am an international trainer in Havening- the science of which I find to be the most powerful assistance to constructing efficient hypnotherapy around. I Hypno-Haven-Tap to a varying degree with NLP in every session depending on the issues of my clients.
7. What is your perspective towards life since you became a healer and a therapist?
I don’ t identify with being a healer or a therapist. I am a facilitator. According to Merriam-Webster this is someone who helps to bring about an outcome by providing indirect or unobtrusive assistance, guidance, or supervision. Sometimes the outcome can be labeled a healing process or a therapeutic process, sometimes it is just a normalization of existing enoughness.
I find that life has evolved into an incredible journey where I have the privilege of sharing a lot of peoples challenges at their crossroads, and that I have simple and efficient tools that make a sustainable difference- which is very rewarding. A gift shared is twice the gift.
It has made me realize how interconnected we all are. That your well being is ultimately tied to mine. The world is an organism and in hypnosis we get close to gnosis, connecting collectively.
8. What is your most life changing experience during therapy so far?
Every meeting with a client is a learning experience giving new insights, validating previous insights or humbling me to everything I have yet to discover.
