Go through each scene in just as much or even more detail than before. You
will probably be describing different scenes now.
Allow that smile to come across your face as you describe this ideal flight,
enjoying being at the airport, on the plane and arriving safely and well rested
at your destination.
Don’t rush this step - you are telling your brain what to imagine at each step
of the journey. Give it plenty of detail!
