traumatic past life. And as we discover these roots, we can set ourselves
free by learning the lessons hidden behind them. The case that I shall
now discuss emphasises this point.
A client once visited me, complaining of lack progress in his financial
aspect of life despite sincere efforts. We had a past life regression
session, wherein he found the roots of his financial problems in a lifetime
where he lived on meagre means and died without ever having a house
of his own. When we explored the reason behind him choosing such a
life, his guides gave the message that he needed to experience a life in
poverty so that his soul could learn the value of saving money. Such a
positive lesson! But because his conflicts were unresolved, he had
carried the thought patterns of financial lack to his current lifetime even
when it was not needed. So now he learnt to let go of negativity caused
by financial constraints when he realised that he has already learnt the
lesson he had chosen to learn and it wasn’t necessary to repeat it.
Changing his thought patterns from lack to abundance caused a
phenomenal shift in his life.
When we encounter repetitive patterns blocking our progress, it would
be worthwhile to pause, reflect, meditate, pray for a solution, listen to our
intuition and take action accordingly. Our soul speaks to us through our
intuitive process and the messages received are always firm, loving and
inspirational enough to direct the necessary changes in our lives. The
guidance received often involves letting go and releasing things that our
ego firmly holds on to.
If we observe ourselves on a regular basis and are mindful of what is
happening in our lives, it is easier to detect thoughts, beliefs and things
in general which no longer serve us. We also need to periodically
check if the decisions that we are making are for the highest good
of all involved. Paying careful attention to our physical space is helpful
as a space which is well- organised and does not have clutter allows
energy to flow freely. Periodically discarding objects which have served
their purpose keeps us in a state of high vibration.
