roofs and hardly enough food to feed our kids – we have become healers! Not even
in the hospital did we get this kind of medicine. We are proud to be able to help ourselves, and others, with the problems so many of us live with inside.” TTT in Church, School, Prison and Workplaces Try to put a peaceful heart on the daily schedule. We propose every organization where people have a natural meeting point in the schedule: Add TTT as a group exercise! It will only take ten minutes and the results will affect every- body involved. It can be done as part of mass in church, as a morning exercise in school or anytime there is a normal meeting. In Kenya our colleague John Njoroge started doing TTT before the practice of his choir and noticed that the quality of the singing improved. Nabino Bahamanywa is the principal of a University in Bukavu. After a personal experience of how TTT released the traumatic stress he carried from living in the conflict zone of Congo, he went back and added it to the schedule for both students and teachers as a daily exercise in the morning. After three weeks they noticed the noise and aggression levels had lowered significantly, whereas learning levels had improved.
