Someone else may be resonating with a different source. Its like each individual with a different transmitter – you do both,- Transmit as well as receive vibrations. Each having the unique range; of its own vibration.
That is just an example to make you understand. How different souls vibrate and connect with source and with each other.
Because at the end of the day this whole universe is just vibration.
