I am incredibly honored and thankful to be given the trust and opportunity to serve as your President for 2025- 2026. It is amazing to realize that we are already a quarter of the way through the 21st Century. Especially when we think of the changes to our society over the past 25 years. For the past 25 years and for more than a century before that, the HCBA has served as a beacon for not only our legal community but our community at large. For those of you who attended the Installation this Summer, you know that I am grateful for
the opportunities the HCBA has provided me, as well as the many lawyers in our community, and I am hopeful this upcoming year creates additional opportunities to provide valuable services for our members.
As for the Association itself, I am pleased to report that our organization is as strong as ever and continues to provide a service to our nearly 3,600 members. Our 30 Sections and Committees cross over almost every type of practice area and provide
