The event is family friendly and open to all ages and calibers of runners and walkers . The race is chip-timed and awards will be presented at the conclusion of the race . Awards will also be given to past proven performers of pro bono hours to highlight the importance of pro bono service . Your registration fee includes a T-shirt and finisher medal .
Not interested in running or walking ? You can still be a part of the River Run by volunteering your time to assist on race day . After the race is completed , participants can also chow down on fantastic food and celebrate with members of the judiciary and legal community at the Judicial Food Festival at Stetson University ’ s Tampa Law Center . The Food Festival is held immediately after the race at no cost to HCBA members and their families and guests . The Food Festival is the perfect way to cap off a successful event and to enjoy time with your colleagues and members of the judiciary .
