More than just tea and scones , the CWA is the largest women ’ s organisation in Australia that aims to improve conditions for women and children .
CWA of NSW is a member of the international organisation , Associated
Country Women of the World , which supports rural women worldwide . Internationally , the CWA of NSW focuses on support of rural women living in the South Pacific region .
There are CWA of NSW branches throughout the metropolitan area of Sydney , including the outer west and north-western suburbs of Sydney . We have branches at Blacktown , Castle Hill , Fairfield , Galston , Greystanes , Hawkesbury ( evening ), Kurrajong , Penrith , Richmond , Toongabbie and Windsor .

Macquarie Towns Garden Club – plants galore at the plant sale
Don ’ t miss out on Macquarie Towns Garden Club Annual Open Day / Plant Sale held in partnership with Hawkesbury Library . It ’ s on again - Thursday 7 March , starting at 11am , finishing at 1.30pm !
Once again plants will be priced very reasonably from $ 2 , and there will be a free plant for every customer .
Geraniums , cacti , succulents , salvia , plectranthus – you name it , we ’ ll probably have it ! Stay for a cuppa and a chat !
Experienced horticulturalists will be available to answer any garden questions you may have . All welcome . Come along and take home a bargain – just bring a carry bag and some cash – no credit card facilities available .
