What started as a dream in 2017 , this lovely music park in Jasper , GA , is an inclusive experience that can be enjoyed by everyone in Pickens County . After seeing a Freenotes Harmony Park exhibit at the Rotary International Convention in Atlanta , the local club leadership decided that musical instruments would be the perfect way to create an accessible park in this charming town . Starting with a single donation , the money was raised to install more than a dozen accessible musical instruments under protective awnings . Peace Park now draws people of all ages and abilities together to experience harmonious sound in a beautiful outdoor setting .
